hey buddy, if you are serious about your project try to build it in a paid hosting service . If you are going to do it in weebly, you wont get any advertisers thinking you will scam them. Just think why advertisers will choose your site when there are plenty of other good sites are available. Always try to make unique and good projects if you are planning to run it long.

If u re willing to provide some vouch option, I ll gladly test it. I know you cannot vouch for referrals but you can gurantee targeted visits which must generate some kind of result. Unless views are fake.

Sorry, but your site doesn't looks serious and professional. You are saying that you send traffic from PTC and traffic exchange sites, but I think it's not good idea. It's not possible to get many referrals from such sites. And why people should need to choose your site instead of advertising directly via PTC and traffic exchanges?
