I want to mine altcoins and I am still a student, I dont have that enough money to buy my own miners so I will be using my gaming PC. Though the problem is, I cant just leave my PC while im on school so I just mine every morning before I go to school and every evening I got home. Can I earn something with these? BTW i am using GUIMiner scrypt.

Well I am just turning it on every morning and afternoon, by how much can I earn with that?

Depends on your card in it

I earn 900 a month with a lot of cards.  Say 26 cards.

So if you have a rx 480 it may earn 1 dollar a day

So if you do six hours you earn 25 cents

It's your gaming pc so you don't have to mine 24hrs to reach roi , depend on what card model you have amd or nVidia and what model i can tell you how much you will gain in 6 hrs mining on diffrenet coins , just let us know what you got in your gaming case , also what about electricity how much do you pay per kwh

Your parents are paying the electricity bill. Not good what you are doing.

Also you consider what coin your are mining, is it rally profitable? I think you can mine whenever your pc is on,  while doing some assignments. But maximizing it, you need more effort and time doing it. I think its not advisable if it is just for mining only, electricity price is no worth of it. Just my opinion.
