https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ However, it your transaction must include a minimum 0.0001BTC/KB fee to use the site. If your transaction's fee is lower than that you can't use it. The site's very popular, and only accepts 100 transactions an hour, so you will probably have to keep trying it a few times an hour until it accepts your transaction.
