Post by: sizeur on March 07, 2017, 07:35:31 PM
Hi,

I have sent a bitcoin amount to a company, the transaction has been confirmed 2 days ago but the company deny it, they said the transaction failed, is there by chance anyway to prove that the money on has been sent ?
https://blockchain.info/tx/dfc41f646a3b1c2aa90bac2f89c80cac89edca869bd683f48105ec736cf3536b

Thank you for your help :(

PS: My transaction was not confirmed for 5 days and i used viatbc accelerator to make it faster, could it be linked ?

Your proof that the money was sent is the transaction id. The transaction has been confirmed, so it is already sent. If they say it was not, then they are lying to you or don't know what they are talking about.

This transaction is successful already and received should have these coin in their account.

If they still claim that they didn't receive these coins then please open up a scam report on that site with all the necessary proofs so that other members will be careful while dealing with that site.

The TXID is proof that the transaction was sent, and if you can sign the address the BTC was sent from, then you can even prove that you sent the transaction yourself..

It happened too on my order in seoclerk. I got rejected on coinbase payment page because of time out (not reaching enough confirmation) then, what I did was I immediately contacted their support. I emailed them with the screenshot of the expired payment page including the receiving btc address in it and the txid of the bitcoin that I sent. Problem got solved within a day!

On what company/site did you sent your btc?

Yes it's possible when doing transaction like what I am doing from my previous transaction at online payments of my internet bill which has faster processing. The confirmations was sent to my registered e-mail and notified me about the payments done through cash out from the site and automatically paid to broadband company that I subscribed.

If you have paid that company through bitpay than you can ask bitpay for refund or they will ask that company to confirm your deposit. But if they have generated bitcoin address themselves than you should contact their support to solve this.

I have gone through similar situation with neteller deposit but both neteller and bitpay support helped out me and i got my deposit approved within 24 hours.

Your tx is is the proof itself. In this case this is the proof.

You can show this link to the sender and tell them that the payment is submitted to you, even though it was confirmed late but that does not decrease its value.

Every transaction is recorded on blockchain so there is a trace and proof that it was executed. And if it was confirmed there shouldn't be any problem. Maybe this company is trying to double cross you, so don't fall for this. You have the transaction ID and everything could be checked.

Transaction is already confirmed. so you have the tx id, you can contact them and solve the problem.
They said  "transaction failed", This is wrong. Transaction Is just delayed . Every bitcoin transaction can be traced in blockchain, don't worry about that.

You already have all what it is necessary to prove your transaction took place and that it was confirmed on the blockchain, if after seeing your proof they are still in denial then they are trying to scam you.

If they keep on denying it,even though transactions is fully confirmed then you can open a scam accusations to that company, you have a proof that the transactions is fully confirm and they cannot deny it.

It depends on whom you are transacting with. It is better the OP tell others about the site which is denying the transaction confirmation because that transaction is confirmed.

Check the tx id bro. It seems to be confirmed and transaction has been completed with in the blocks. Normally once you see the 2 confirmations then you will get the bitcoin to your wallet in some minutes.
