As of now it isn't giving me any options. They generate one-time addresses when you deposit, so I don't see why it wouldn't be similar for withdrawals. Maybe shoot them an email if you aren't sure, or for some reason can't do so? I am sure they would help. Amount in the top box, the address in Box A or whatever the instructions say. Click OK, and wait about 30 mins before you start checking for the address in block explorer.
