Title: Bitcoin ETF Will be Approved Even if SEC Renders no Decision Post by: Kemarit on March 09, 2017, 09:01:16 AM There is an interesting article I read saying that if SEC does not necessarily need to renders its decision by March 10 or 13, if they stay silent or did not make any rule, the rule will take effect automatically. To be honest, I'm not well versed on this kind of things so I don't know if this true or not. Maybe someone can shed light on this? He is getting technical on this issue and talking about Securities Exchange Act etc...
