The problem is, they have promised that they will refund without asking a single question if I feel dissatisfied, so I asked back for a refund as I used their service and am not satisfied... But, they are just moving things round the table and nothing... They are just making fake promises through their live chat but not even replying to my emails... I want everyone not to ever put their priceless BTC at their site...
