There need to a new section on this forum "Escrows"

Why? There are few site, that are providing escrow service, but they are not trusted, run by a single person, dont know if they are legit. We can not trust them.

Why Choose this forum: First of all this forum is Legit. Run by many people.
Secondly trusted guy can apply for "Escrows" service.

Requirement for escrow serivce:
- Reputable
- His picture and address will be verified by the team. (Verification can be done through courier service)
- Contact address will be verified.

This can protect everyone from escrow scams, like we see here previously #ifuknowwhatimean

This isn't going to happen. If you run an escrow site or are an escrow here you can just create a thread in the appropriate section. The forum isn't going to verify documents and that would only lead to a false sense of security and people exploiting it with fakes or forged documents and then blaming the forum when something went wrong.

You're right, the forum shouldn't have to be responsible for people, if they choose a less trusted member for escrow and do not use their own discretion properly the forum can't be responsible, especially when the system can never 100% prevent scams anyway (the people who would pull off escrow scams that people actually lose money to would be quite clever anyway, I don't see them stopping at basic identity verification measures which could land the forum in trouble.

If people ask which escrows to go to or who is the most trusted, I tend to suggest going to the list of Bitcoin escrows (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=855778.0) which makes it clear who the most trustworthy escrows are and therefore distinguishes between likely scams and the most trusted community members for newbies who are less likely to know who trust.

Idea is good but can you think that the same thing is happening in the btcjam but still most of the people ran away after take the lens of our bitcoin and after this no one giving us any response from the site also .
So here we need only trust system only which is already exists in this forum .

The forum very explicitly does not endorse any trades, nor any traders, so anyone considering to conduct business here needs to make their own decision if they want to trust a potential trading partner or not.

Even if a person's RL identity could be authoritatively confirmed (it realistically cannot), this will not prevent them from stealing other peoples' money.

The question of if someone should be trusted or not is not a binary question, it might be a good idea to trust someone with $100 while it would not be a good idea to trust that person with $1,000. Similarly it might be safe to trust someone with certain types of trades, but not others.
