Title: In a dilemma. Should i buy another 5850 Post by: ninjapug on June 17, 2011, 05:29:44 AM I have already spent money on a rig with 3 6970 and 1 5850.
The price of a 5850 is reasonable at usd$140 and soon to be out of stock. Is it cost effective to buy one more to complete my rig considering the difficulty increase and also i have not breakeven with the hardwares. Title: Re: In a dilemma. That is the only way to make sure your earning stay the same with each difficulty increase. But since the value of BTC is crashing, it's probably not even worth that anymore.

I would mine bitcoins with it because I feel like its crashing now... but will explode later on.
