https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=225690.0 (Found a guide to clone litecoin)
https://cryptonotestarter.org/ (creating own coin based on cryptonote within 10 minutes)
https://www.fastcompany.com/3025700/how-to-create-your-own-cryptocurrency (overall guide on how to start your own crypto project)

Cloning old crypto may not make your project successful, you have to focus on creating something new with completely new consensus algorithm to see some success.

You said it yourself.. learn to code.
If you buy one it will be a clone like 1,000's of others.
Is that what you want ?
Or do you have a better system than the block-chain envisioned ?

I am not trying to re invent the wheel. The value of this coin is to market my coin to a untouched market overseas.   The coin itself is not the value, its the people who hold it will be the value.

This is a untouched market and I can do something good here,  that's why.

Try to create a coin yourself.
There are guides in the network to create coins based on Dash.

tbh guy, you dont want to just "follow a guide" to make a coin. if you want to make a simple token to give to people i suggest using a colored coin. IF you insist on a crypto coin, just use walletbuilders , and premine/distribute the coins yourself.
https://www.walletbuilders.com/
http://coloredcoins.org/

Just following a guide will leave you with a coin that ends up with even a small problem and you have NO idea how to fix it as you "just followed a guide" . hence my suggestion you maybe make a coloredcoin for your purpose

I thought maybe you could see it in google and search for what you want about making the coin, there are many articles guidance in making coins and you can read, or you can go to https://www.walletbuilders.com/
it seems there is a step by step instructions and you can follow it, maybe it can help you to make coins.  :D

What do mean by "help"?

(1) you want assistance to create the coin, or (2) you want someone to create the coin based on your specifications?

Number (1) will be hard to find due to the time it would take to teach you.

If you want a coin made, the site you link to is operated by Hazard, and he would create a good working cryptocurrency.

I would not buy wallet-makers, as they are instantly recognisable and based on the same 3 old coins.

If you want to test it yourself, http://build-a-co.in (http://build-a-co.in) lets you fill in parameters for a scrypt clone, and will pump out the source code for a new coin. But it won't compile it.

I could do you a PoW/PoS X11 or X13 for 0.20, but if you really are buying I would just go with Cryptolife, as they offer after care, and Hazard is reliable.

when reading this

... that thread also should be keept in mind

When starting a coin, how does one do a offering to raise capital if they have a solid game plan

which leads to the conclusion,

here we got another newbie longing for the big quick buck,
without any knowledge nor idea

... even to lazy read.

:P

How could he possibly achieve that without spending 2-years learning the ropes and then going beyond the tech currently out there to produce something different (better)?

He can feasibly learn to code, then clone a coin, alter the usual, put his own specs in, and compile it. So there is nothing new there.

The big question is, do you want a network or a meta-coin?

If you want a meta-coin you can have one using Etheruem in a few seconds https://www.ethereum.org/token

You can create a new coin but not to forget you need a very massive data base and have the asset to run all of the program
but if you're not a developer i think don't waste time and money on this site need money to do altcoin also

Well another newbie that wants to add something to the garbage of coins. Don't think that many are discouraging you here but that's the sad fact there a lot of newbies asking "how to create an alt coin". And as you said that you're not a developer, then just hire someone to do the coding's for you.

You might think to make new coins you can earn a lot of money for it, if you make a coin without a team and developers who support you to do that I think all useless and a waste of time that you have, I think it is easy to making but they all have to compete not only make and there should be a team that solit to accompany you to help you in any way to it, so that the coins you make do not become rubbish in it.
