Because BitStamp send ETH via smart contract, but YoBit can't accept smart contract automatically. But YoBit support can't answer many days and its nervous. I am also new to Crypto but I learn very quickly that the best way to send Coins across to another exchange is LTC. Its very very quick and transaction fee is less than BTC and ETH.
