It's not sustainable on long term. When the balances start becoming higher you won't be able to pay 0.5% interest every day, so what will happen?

50 users with a balance of 0.001 BTC would make you spend 25000 satoshis daily only with the interest expenses. The Faucet profit is already low for the owner, this way it will be impossible to make profit and pay users.

Making a big profit is not our main target. Our developer is working on a new way of paying out the interests, this new implementation will have more limitations to make our model more sustainable for us.

Sorry to hear that. After having our server administrator investigate this, it seems like for some reason the cronjob that takes care of paying out the interests was not configured properly during our migration. Sorry, we had to move a lot of websites, therefore this site had a little less attention.

I will run it manually now and reconfigure the crons.

Update: I have been able to verify it is working again as of now. Every day 00:00 Amsterdam time we will pay you your 0.5% :-)

After days of hard work on our fully self written faucet script we have decided to put the script online on our coinfaucet.space site to function as our public beta playground. Because we opted for the exact same database structure, we were able to migrate without any data loss. Please note that this is a beta, maybe alpha might even be better to name it. No, you are wrong. We have used Salmen his design, purely as inspiration. You will see shortly, when our script releases everything - apart from bits of the templates - is made ourselves.

Apart from the design of Salmen's script and the database structure (to be a almost drop-in replacement) everything is written by me. Actually, Salmen's script contains A LOT of flaws, too many to fix myself. I'd rather made my own script, which cost me less time.

Sometimes when I'm loggin in, or clicking to claim, the site opens pop up "tabs", and not a new browser as normal, what means I need to click everything again.

Example: I clicked "NEXT", so I clicked "CLAIM" and instead of receiving the reward, I'm redirected to the previous page (The "NEXT" page), so I need to start again... It's happening because the pop up opens a "tab" and not another browser page.

Did you know about this issue?

It might happen when you claim the page refreshes twice (happens automatically) but you'll still get your reward.

This isnt suppose to happen, we'll look into and try to fix it.

Users are lefting the faucet because it's very unstable... You could have more people using your faucet, because this idea is very nice, but need a more stable system which works without issues.

We got a new hosting, since our old hosting (200 gb bandwidth wasnt enough)

Due to the huge amounts of traffic we are receiving lately, we have decided to split our traffic to several servers. We are now able to serve you from our servers in The Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Italy. This creates a so-called cluster, which will improve availability due to "redundancy", in case one of the serving webservers is down, the others will take over. Another effect is that all traffic is divided between all available servers. Thus: not only will our sites be available more, it will also be snappier. Unfortunately, during this migration I forgot to edit the database settings at the cronjob (yes, again, I am sorry). It's just been fixed, starting from next 00:00 Amsterdam time, you should get your interest again.

This faucet aren't paying in last few months. When I'm trying to withdraw satoshis, I get message about insufficient funds. Earlier it was great faucet which paid daily interest for their users.

Another one bite the dust...why? Before making a faucet with a micropayment wallet included be sure you have at least 1 btc to lose in the first 1-2 months...

Honestly I can't think of one decent faucet that's on faucethub.
Most are herd mentality 20 sats every 5 mins. Nothing special, nothing exciting like you had even 2-3 months ago.

The only good ones really are freebitcoin and the coin pot ones and that is sad because those were mediocre not so long ago :(
