I don't think you should already be asking for a vouch copy at the current state of your account. Vouch copies are for high ranking members or trusted member accounts. If ever OP does give you a vouch copy, no one will believe your "good review". By the way, it shouldn't be a good review. It must be honest. It should not take into consideration OP's interest in it. You should honestly give a feed back about it, good or bad.
