I think the fall of Lisk is slow development. It's seem to have nothing at this point after 1 year, app wise. Ark already have everything stable before the mainnet launch, this took Lisk almost 1year to have. They also already have 200tx/s(TPS). This is the reason I'm interested in ARK. One of the projects from the end of 2016 that wasn't insane oversold.
