I got approved by OKpay.com last week, I want to use that service to buy BTC on btc-e.com (supports okpay service), depositing ZAR or USD from my local bank. I would like to know if anyone used them and how they are? Im from South Africa and its nearly impossible to buy bitcoin here, and these online services make it even more frustrating. Yeah I know, and my bank wants an invoice first before transferring my money, trying to explain that to okpay.com yet no reply.
