Related to the first question, why is there always a huge selloff right after they start trading on an exchange? What’s the point of buying early during the crowdfunding period and selling right when the coin gets listed on an exchange, with no profit? Can you trade your coins that are not listed on an exchange with other people? What’s the difference of having a token in ICO and buying the coins on the market? On coinmarketcap.com, on the graph for some coins (e.g. https://coinmarketcap.com/assets/augur/), there is a price, but the market cap only appears midway, why? Does the coin appear on an exchange as soon as the ICO is closed? Thank you! It's always better to buy the coin when it hit the exchange ,because there's no guaranty that the price is much better in their ico price,but it always depends in the coin's features if it is another clone coin,better not buy in their ico,but if they have good features and roadmap then you can buy in their ico but still there's no guaranty that it will be profitable.. Title: Re: ICO questions - Beginner Post by: Chikito on March 14, 2017, 06:48:13 AM not everyone has the same formula to make a profit, and some people prefer when ico finished he will immediately sell on exchanges for already profited at the beginning. and analysis in early and research on dev for the development of the ICO is one of the causes benefit at the beginning and losers in the end.
