And couldn't make that deposit up front. This is ideal for someone that already has a major foothold in the local market but this would never work for a small start up. If you are out of state and thinking of a relocation this probably isnt for you unless you have a million dollars to invest. If anyone has a cheaper MMJ friendly house for rent please pm me.
