The cards come from a seald envelope from the bank, so nobody has your pin. As you can see in the pictures there is no way you can re-seal the envelope. They are perfectly legal and can be transfered to anybody.

You can have access to your account by an web interface at the banks websites.

Yearly limit of 10,000 PLN (about 3,300 $)
ATM daily withdraw limit 500 PLN (about 150$)

You will receive:
- 1 Anonymous Visa Card
- IBAN account with doccumentation on how to use it and how to access online service

You can verify the ballance online or through SMS.
You can receive SEPA transfers on the bank account. Card is linked to bank account.

In order to acces online ballance you need to register on bank website. I recommend BRE card as you just have to enter Name, Address, IBAN of the account, Card Details and that's it. These can be real or made up, it does not matter.

I will ship worldwide with tracking number, FREE OF CHARGE!

If you are from CANADA only the BRE Bank card works. No other card from any other vendor will work.

The banks have english support for you to call if you encounter problems.

Yes, both for withdraw (you can withdraw to any VISA card) and to verify it.

I play with KingofSports on SwC all the time, and I have no issues holding the coins until the cards are rec'd.

furthermore, if either of you are familiar with Mike Caldwell's btc-address tool, it has escrow functionality and I can generate and Envi-code for one of you, and then only get involved if there is a dispute.

but I'm also fine just holding the coins either on SwC or another wallet until shipping is made.

I'd like it if you could hold the coins Micon, I'm dying for these cards haha, so if you could post an escrow address I will gladly send the agreed upon amount ($96 in BTC) to that address. I will use the weighted average for this calculation unless there is a big drop or spike in price which I think is the fairest way. If you have any problem with this hitman let me know.

Sent .86 to our agreed escrow for the purchase of 3 Polish debit cards. Received them here in the US in about 2-3 weeks. Communicated well with me and I test ran one of the cards for a small transfer of $45 from Bitstamp to the card and then cash at ATM here...all went fine. Thanks again.

Sorry only PLN cards. I could bring EUR cards, but they are unreliable and receive a lot of declines when sending money to them or when purchasing online. Plus they don't work in Canada. They are from another bank.
