But you are newbie and Paypal even going with good & services not going to help you better try from some other sources like Localbitcoins.com or virewox.com hope these will work for you

Such a large amount no one can deal with you since you are newbie unless if your paypal is connected with your credit card they can accept the credit card as payment method but they will created a merchant paypal and use your paypal to buy to him if the credit card has money and receive by them you can get what you want.. but i think its still hard to trust you.
Better to try virwox if you really want. too converts few..
