I don't quite understand what you wanted to say there? I'm assuming how people started talking about bitcoin more in public? Well if that's the case, no wonder anyways, as something that's created in 2009 and got itself into a lot of controversy since then, rise to 1200$ per coin and started appearing at more and more places, people have started noticing it, and that's good. That can help bitcoin come closer to the mainstream with every person talking about it.

Anyone using internet is now aware of bitcoin and I think this is a remarkable growth for bitcoin.
I have seen a lots of articles on bitcoin in local newspaper too and this is very encouraging.
Bitcoin is the talk of the town and the day is not too far when it will be a mainstream currency of internet.

Bitcoin is always the subject of conversation in this forum since this forum is made for bitcoins. Aside from this forum you will not find bitcoin related topics if you will not search google. Even in social media you will not see bitcoin topics on just everywhere but there are certain pages and groups that has it. Bitcoin is not always a subject of discussion in sites, pages, groups that are not into bitcoin.

you are on a bitcoin forum and are looking at bitcoin users, they are bound to talk about bitcoin. what else would you talk about here!!!

when bitcoin started to become the topic of discussion everywhere, not only in bitcoin circles then you can call it "positive" because everyone is talking about it not just those involved.

It is because the bitcoin became a much famouse and also it is the first virtual currency that entered in the online internet market . So here bitcoin is more trusted and known thing , so most of the people only talking about the bitcoin only at first then talk for any other altcoin .
Here if you will see about other altcoins them the most of them invented in and after of 2010 . So it is the king quality of bitcoin which is making it more famous and getting the priority in the discussion at most of the place .

Bitcoin is always or sometimes a subject of discussion on other social media site but once I heard in public. It was in Starbucks were 2 yuppies around 20-25 years of age, were discussing about it the "virtual currency" as what they called it. I didn't try break into a conversation or discussion especially to express my opinion. Was was against it saying it is used for illegal activities, but the other one is for the bitcoin and he said that he will invest in bitcoin because he saw it as a good investment platform. I'm guessing this guy is also into forex thing locally that's why he is keen on investing on it.

Yes,bitcoin has become talk of the town. Its highly increasing price has made it as a centre of attraction and main subject of discussion.Few years ago, some altcoins pushed bitcoins back but still they couldnot remain there and once again bitcoin came to the first place of discussion. In future years, bitcoin discussion would become only more.

I rarely heard people talk about Bitcoin in my physical life - maybe it is because I don't "stalk" or "listen" to what others say as it is very disrespectful. That aside, when I heard people talk to another person about Bitcoin (myself included), the top two response is "What's that?" and "Isn't that for criminals to buy drugs?". For the first response, the person who initiate the discussion will explain Bitcoin as an online investment scheme - personally, I tend to promote Bitcoin as an online currency rather than investment. And then try to get the other person to join. For the second response, most will fight back that Bitcoin is also use for online legit purchase (my style) or investment. And then ... try to get the person into this new technology (again).

Yea, having Bitcoin as a conversation starter is never a good idea... because a lot of people have heard a lot of bad things about Bitcoin in the

media. You start off with a disadvantage... I usually buy cool things with bitcoins and once I start bragging how easy and secure it was, they tend

to listen. People are always looking for a good bargain or a way to make good money. I always brag about Bitcoin being the Best performing

currency and commodity and then the questions come.  ;D

That's is right! If we show them proofs that Bitcoin is a secure system and good investment, we will catch their attention pretty fast instead of getting a negative response.

I normally just tell people that I once earn up to 50 USD per month for just doing what they usually do on social media - just that this time I am on a forums. What I forgot to tell them is that the 50 USD I earned in the past is equivalent to today's 200 USD. That's like 400% increase*.

* of course the signature campaign rate is different today.

Hopefully the new reporting of bitcoin based on the fact of the rise in price is going to help it move from the narrative that the media had setup for bitcoin before, which was that Bitcoin was this crazy, anonymous drug currency which was being used online for the sole purpose of buying drugs. This was around the same time Silk Road was taken down and Bitcoin first came to light for a lot of people.

Maybe the truth will come out that Bitcoin is being used for legal purposes instead of people just thinking its a currency for the crazies who want to hide from the police their illicit activities.

He's going to be positive that it's in the news, either way.

Bitcoin shows its power and efficient on social media and all over the web. All internet users might know about bitcoin and they all are now tried to make/earn bitcoin. And they thought BTC was decentralized currency so, they don't fear about controls. Users are discussing it either open or closed groups because they know that there is nothing to worry about legality. Because, it is a decentralized currency.

Bitcoin is becoming trendy day by day. More fame means more discussions. But more discussions means unnecessary rumors too. Haven't you heard thousands of so-called blogs yelling bitcoin is dead! This all is part of byword. Good and bad is subsequent. However, discussions are both negative and positive motivator for BTC.

Most people have the wrong idea about bitcoin and the true use of it, and it is a good thing to always talk about the value and how much the bitcoin is worth when starting a conversation about it, because if there is one thing that people love more than food is money, and telling them how much you make from it and how easy it is to use it you keep them interested in the conversation and in knowing more about it.
