Its clears work this way you buy from exchange at 550 satoshis and you sell to the exchange for 450 satoshis, looks confusing buts  its how market works, confuse the most for sure.

Updated the exchange prices. feel free to follow Pm for exchange and posts pls for high amounts that other users also can send an Pm.
