ASRock Fatal1ty B250 GAMING K4 Intel G3930 Kaby Lake Dual-Core 2.9 GHz LGA 1151 EVGA Supernova G3 1000W 6x RX470 armor edition w/ PCIe VER 006 PCI-E 16x to 1x Powered Riser Adapter Card 120gb ssd 8gb ddr4 2133 I have 6gpus connected, 3 of which are getting the error "This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)" Ive heard of disabling some things in the bios that arent required for mining but i was looking for a 2nd opinion. Are you using Windows 10 with 16 GB virtual memory? In addition to setting pcie to GEN 1, you should check if you use your mobo's latest BIOS i know that on Skylake mobos (Z170), the recent BIOS updates solved these kind of problem.
