Title: Is it legal to obtain BTC from relatives in abroad to re-sell in india ?
Post by: bit_fan_16 on March 19, 2017, 07:26:21 AM
As the indian market price of BTC is so high than the exchange price in foreign countries, there is lot of potential to make profits.
Is this method legal ? Ofcourse i am ready to pay income tax.

You can very well do that and there is no rules to restriction to avoid these types of trades and people are doing these sort of transactions to earn money from the price difference in different exchanges, good luck with that and it is legal as long as you are using your own money. :)

Yes you can do that. It dosent have any rrestrictions or limitations. Bitcoin has no restrictions or limitations untill RBI declares it illegal. RBI has not yet declared it illegal. You can use perfect money or paypal to purchase bitcoin from international sites. But i dont think the price will differ a lot.
