At this point, it is the best to assume that this site is abandoned and this project won't be finished, ever.Like hundreds of unfinished gambling sites in the past, it is clear that the Op had some initial idea but couldn't complete it. I feel that it will never come as you never give any updates since April. Looks like an abandoned project for some reasons like less interest or maybe your own problem while working on it.
