Better look for some cheap, legit and trusted exchanger here some website charges very high like paxful.com, use an escrow to avoid scammers, they are everywhere.

Is is basically free to do once you get your account verified.
You shouldn't be deeked into thinking you need to pay 20 25 or even a 30% price hike to buy anyones btc here.
Do not be a fool into trading paypal for bitcoin at this rate there mate! ;)

Do this
Get verified go register for a localbitcoin account and start trading on there.
Even virwox will do this for you but once again get your account verified! ;D

Agree 100% !
@OP forget sellers like COINMAN1 and his overpriced 25%.
Also this forum sucks, too many scammers and too few trustet sellers.

There some other forums where u can exchange without no problem and 15% rate.
I dont know if its allowed to mention other forums here. PM me if u want more info

xcoins.io should be easy to buy on (although you need to provide gov ID and selfie), but I wouldn't suggest selling there, as they offer no seller protection. (As a result, I've been scammed for upwards of $500, as PayPal doesn't protect sale of intangible items)

I wouldn't mind you using my reflink if you do decide to try xcoins (https://xcoins.io/?r=xjl1zf)

Yes, some sites (and users) have been mentioned above.  But it's a terrible idea because PayPal is reversible.  The people giving you Bitcoin for it will never trust you to leave the transaction after you've received your Bitcoin because Bitcoin is non-reversible.  Because of that, sites will charge large fees out of fear of scammers and, for any significant amount, will require loads of ID to make sure you're legit.

You should try a better way - go on an exchange, or earn the Bitcoin itself, or transfer for cash on LocalBitcoins.  Hell, even a Bitcoin ATM is a better idea than PayPal.

I have heard of them but they charge fees the lenders get for doing those transactions. And as you said it is not available to all countries where none trusted by them reside. I am pretty sure it is in their tos somewhere just the same countries paypal does not allow to have fully verified accounts.
I think they are ecoins which was a bitcoin debit card available last year but rebranded to wirexapp.
Their service is good if you are in US but any other country they are probably going to give you problems with buying on their site using paypal because of the chargeback issues those countries where they are not allowed to validate who they are using their paypal accounts when registering for a xcoins account.

Anyone can verify this information to be accurate and correct.

I should have mentioned that the BTC is held in escrow during the transaction on xcoins.io, after which it's automatically sent to the buyer after a payment clears. Once again, however, the seller is indefensible against a chargeback (of any type) on PayPal, so do not sell your btc there.

As a side note, I also do exchanging myself, but wouldn't expect to be trusted as a newbie user.

Don't even think that a verified PayPal can be used in place of a physical ID - every buyer I've ever had (probably ~100+) has provided a close-up of their ID, as well as a selfie with them holding it at the time of purchase. Regardless, PayPal will still disregard this as evidence in a case of a claim of unauthorized purchase.

If you think 25% is too high for whatever transaction volume you are looking for , then try virwox.com for exchanging paypal with bitcoin.
They charge even more than that as far as I know and for higher transactions you might get some deduction in charges but for smaller, you will have to.
