Pretty much every "crowdfunding" "opportunity" = scam

Especially in the Bitcoin world.

But this is more like traditional crowd funding in return for perks rather than stupid investment stuff that promises returns that never materialise.

I'm looking for some way of funding bitcoin for a new computer to develop a web site that has so far created. I could send postcards or small gifts from Ukraine as a reward, or offer advertising space on the site.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=12.0

This is currently the closest section to that. I don't know if it has rules about seeking crowd funding.

We should try crowdfund some some BTC to get the crowdfunding section made. Anyone who funds >$1,000 gets to be a mod. >$10,000 gets an iPhone case made out of paper BTC wallets.

Or Lending, but this just seems to me like some guy wants other people to buy him a new computer.

Op, if you're serious about this then either make a thread in Project Development if the site actually has anything to do with bitcoin or if it doesn't then Lending, but asking for a loan in such a way without collateral will very likely get you negative feedback.

Well you've obviously got access to a computer, so you only need about $9 to register a .com domain name to get a website started. I don't think that is enough to start a crowd funding project. Of course this will require a fair bit of research and work if you are new to website creation.

Hi everyone. This is my first post on this forum. I would like to propose the creation of a new board. The board could be called "Bitcoin crowdfunding". Why do I think it is needed? I'm looking for a long time on the internet some financing options using bitcoin. I have seen that several projects on crowdfunding in bitcoin have already been done, but none of these domains currently work. I'm looking for some way of funding bitcoin for a new computer to develop a web site that has so far created. I could send postcards or small gifts from Ukraine as a reward, or offer advertising space on the site. I think the forum community is big enough and at least some of the valuable projects would have a chance of success. What do you think about this idea?

Regards!

What you are asking is the board where the users will be willing to fund the crowdfunding projects, but their is altcoin announcement board were if you post your project then you will get crowdfunding , then why do we need another board

The Securities section used to be used for this purpose.  Although now it's just a mess of poorly thought out scam attempts.
