Just find a IP/connection that is 'fresh' and you can sign up for free.... or just pay the required fee. Probably not if you're in the Philippines or Indonesia haha. Doubt you'd be able to find a public wifi connection on the continent of South East Asia that wasn't proxy banned already ;D. I can just imagine them all camped outside McDonals or Starbucks leeching the free wifi and shitposting away noon until night. |
