hello. i would like to ask why i have a proxy ban and i have to pay a small amount? where for the fact that this is my first time to this forum. im just a bit confused.  thank you for clarification.

I assume you are using a public connection and probably there are some user/s that is using the same connection that got banned from this forum so registering under the same IP will give you proxy ban (evil points IIRC)

If you took the time to search for the thread why don't you read the replies? See here:

If you sign up from a public connection that has already been used and abused then you are required to pay a fee. Just find a IP/connection that is 'fresh' and you can sign up for free.... or just pay the required fee.

Try the WiFi in a McDonalds or somewhere like that. There is less chance of Bitcoin users being there.

Probably not if you're in the Philippines or Indonesia haha. Doubt you'd be able to find a public wifi connection on the continent of South East Asia that wasn't proxy banned already  ;D. I can just imagine them all camped outside McDonals or Starbucks leeching the free wifi and shitposting away noon until night.
