You're quoting 1 auction. Going down the list of auctions in the collectibles section, many do not. I'm not saying you are wrong, I'm just saying that if it was going to be more than a day or two you should have told Tman. Even eBay only gives you 48 hours. You are both entitled to feel how you feel about the situation. Unless otherwise stated or negotiated beforehand, a bid should be considered as a good faith commitment to pay that amount shortly after the auction ends. IMHO the exchange rate is too volatile right now for extended grace periods on payment. |
