Bitcoin price is falling rapidly by day,I wonder will it stop falling or will continue till we are back to $1 per btc?
What will happen if hard fork occur?will btc price touch the bottom? Or is it just market manipulation to take advantage of this confusion?

Short term bounce here, then I think we will stop in the $700s somewhere.

it has been just one day of btc price fall. It's bearish but there is a high chance it won't go below $800.

$780 is the support level.

might be possible to keep falling down but if you still believe and knew the drill fluctuation is always showing and bouncing back is not hard for the price its the ongoing issue who's pulling it down as of now better to keep on buying or placing your entry to much cheaper price and hold before it went back to 1k$+..

I see it at sub-$600. Trust is being tarnished, people are running scared.

there is another wave of bullshit talk about low prices such as $700, $800, and even $600 price. this is the ETF all over again.

i am not saying it will or will not go there, i am just saying remember not so long ago people were saying price will fall to $600 because ETF was rejected and we saw what happened.
just make your own decisions.

There's no way to know where the bottom is. I would guess that it can't go much lower than $800 but anything is possible. Best thing is to be ready to buy around $800 just in case.

Maybe its stop now and take over the traction again and increased the price of bitcoin. It's quite difficult to predict the weather today of bitcoin but I do not think that at least prevent further because of large investors of bitcoin they will controlled the price.

yes it is a buy time now. price is not constant, just evaluate from the last 5 days how much changes had happend with the price, but mostly the price has fallen down, i think it will take atleast a month to recover again to 1k. but not a good option for selling now because i have done same thing last year when the price fallen down i sold my btc by worrying and after a month again the price gone high and made me regret much.

Maybe you just need to look a few months back and see that most people were saying that $800 - $1,000 was the "stable" price for the current and short-term outlook. Bitcoin took everyone by surprise when breaking its previous high and it's really just a matter of logic that it should resettle for the time being.

Y'all need to come down. Even with the recent drops, the price is still in a bullish trend.

yes, as far i observe the price will fall down little more than what it is. because the price was much constant sometime back and now it is dropping, it is bouncing one day but again going down. the situation might remain same for a month i think. we have to buy the coin this time and once the price is going up so that we can utilize it.

yes we have to understand one thing about btc very well, if the price is high or low we should not get disappointed when the price is low then we should buy more and when the price is high then we can sell, people take things more negatively getting upset as the price is going down, if the price is low then invest in btc later you can sell.

Not sure when it will stop but btc is fluctuating highly. it is going down now. i think it might take 1 or 2 week atleast to recover it to the good value again. lets hope best for the btc. we have to try our level best to engage more people to join and invest in btc as more user start using the more popular it will become which inturn will benefit all of us. also if we have more user start using it then the price will be much stable which will allow us to predict best about the btc raise and fall.

In most cases trolls and paid shills want you to believe their nonsense. Bitcoin in case there happens to be a hard fork (and that's definitely not certain yet), will experience a massive short term decline. There is no such a thing as a price that falls back to the levels you mentioned. I wouldn't even be surprised when pools suddenly shift their support to SegWit before the hard fork really takes place. Pools don't want to shoot themselves in the foot by supporting and mining an altcoin.

We will go up guys. Dont worry about it. Looking to much to the charts is bad for your health. Just take a nice nap and relax a bit. When i took a sleep yesterday the price only decreased with 60$  ;) On topic: we already hit the supportline, it was to strong to break. Now we go up. You can see it in the moving averages, tech. indicators, and charts made by experts, volume, whale pumps, historic movements, fud decreasing etc etc. Dont worry so much guys.

It is much difficult to tell anything or predict about the btc now. not sure what will bring us tomorrow. to again the btc to go up it needs a few week. we cannot say anything now. price might increase tomorrow as well. because this full week there was lot of fluctuation for the price. if you are a small investor then it is not a problem you much but if you have invested much then it is little difficult time to you. what to be done on this situation is to invest in btc as the price is low and sell after few weeks when the price is good.

Spot on.  The price fall here is the biggest in a long time, but we're right at the top and just a year ago we would barely have thought about even the prices we have now.

When either Segwit or BU is activated we'll finally see a stop in the continually falling trend; this all started the moment Antpool signalled for BU. Price drop all began from there. Price is falling but it's not big news for a HODLer like me, i'm more interested to see if the Bitcoin community is mature enough to solve this issue.

After price fall from +1000 to 905 in just few hours and now lets take a look and observed if how bitcoin price increase this time continuously.

Few months back it was a different story.Now BU has created uncertainty in market. People are moving out of it and adopting to crypto.

Its impossible that the price of bitcoin will hit back to $1 per btc its impossible to happen..
I think if we seen that the price was drop these days .. compare to last year i think they are normal that we can see this that there is a drop happen in bitcoin.. we are just lucky that the price high last few months that the price is staying high price.. unlike right now. .
And i think its not a hardfork problem this is always the same issue before but the movement is just a normal.. so better to get ready for the next crisis that every year we are heard that there are trading site will down like bitfinex mtgox and other exchange sites. .

As of the time of this posting, the price is 963$ and yeah its dropping quite quickly really. But that been said these swings are normal and the price will climb back to 1100+ very soon I am sure. :)

$500 below is impossible to happen if bitcoin will live continuously and this present BTC price is the proof that the bitcoin is lively as ever with the volatility of its price, but once BU overcome bitcoin I guess that's the time when bitcoin will become just an alt like eth, and that's the time of change, but it's not possible to happen this time.

Not impossible. If the hard fork happens it will cut the price in half.
So if current price is under $1000 then it will go below $500 cause it's $967 right now so you will see $533.5 with the split going right down the middle to start it off with.

I like positive intent and i hope people will understand the reality about the block size issue and neglect BU completely as you really cannot trust them carrying the flag with the level of incompetency they showcased and i do hope the price will cross the $1000 pretty soon as i would like to see the price above that level rather than sub thousand dollars.

If the fork really happened then we will see around 500$-700$, but if the fork canceled we will see the price stabilize at 1100$, hopefully the price will back to normal and more investor will invest again

If something (the fork in this case) isn't in progress, then there is also nothing to be canceled. People make themselves go nuts while nothing has happened, and nothing even was about to happen. It was a potential fork, and it still remains a potential fork. It's the crypto related media channels (e.g. news sites, social media pages, youtube, etc) that add oil to the fire to create an unneeded level of panic. People as always swallow everything so easily, that the market takes a nose dive (decline that we experience right now) for nothing.

so true! there are so much drama in this. so much paid dumbs to release news that will trigger all those who have weak hands. all these declines are just part of the plans. so better yet HOLD AND BUY CHEAP!
 
moreover, if the hard fork continues, maybe lot of investors will switch to some coins like eth, dash, etc etc.. but as what machinek20 said, lets just hope that the price will be back to its stable price of four digits.  

looks like the bitcoin is need a more time to recover its price, according to the market chart and the movement is really slow at this time. And we are near of the hardfork and i guess that will give a lot of the impact for the bitcoin and i think if that was long-term impact. In this time the bitcoin will be different.

Lowest price we saw nowdays was 895$ but it quickly become higher than 900$. Currently it's 965$ and it's growing. Now is bad moment because maybe we will see hard fork and etc so it can cause price drop. Despite that fact, to my mind there is no way that it will fall under 800, even I doubt it will be under 900. Once we saw high rise, we will have a chanse to see it again in a very short time. Bitcoin was rising as we wanted but it's affect side (slow confirmation and etc many things) caused stop of rise.

Yes indeed bitcoin's price is recovering and i am sure that those who hold on to bitcoin rather than doing panic selling will be beneficial and yield more profit because the price has already started to recover and the reason why it dipped down bit more than what was expected and speculated was because of newbie and immature sellers who started selling bitcoin in bulk once they saw the price dropping leading to more supply and less demand thus reducing the value further.

I dont see any recovery  :-\. -1% today isnt recovery. We need to stop the downtrend.

Seeing how you have no faith in bitcoin at all. I guess you are the one who sold all your coins during bear market period in early 2015 when bitcoin dropped to $185. ;)
Yes, fork might happen, split can happen, but even then you will be able choose the winner - BTC or BU. And I guarantee you, market will catch up very fast. There won't be void.
Current rough period of instability and fud is a blessing if you want to purchase relatively cheap coins.

Cmon man we both know that you can not guarantee that at all.  A bear market after a hardfork is very likely, just like ethereum. Trust is lost when a fork occurs. Traders dont know what happens next so they are hesitate to buy= bear market.

I hope also bro the price of bitcoin will back to the normal price at $1100 so many investor again interest to invest their moneh in bitcoin. In this week bitcoin was fallinh down but after an hour  it is increasing and after hour falling again. I hope the price will contiously pumping so the bitcoin world will become exuberant. I dont want to bappen again the price of bitcoin at $500-$700 because it is very low for now.

I agree with you. Even if BU will happen, I think it will still be a blessing for all investors out there since if hardfork really happened, we will have both bitcoin on the blockchain now and BU at the same time at the same amount. Because of this there is nothing to worry about so it is just a waste if people would dump bitcoin just because of BU fud spread by others. This time is really a good opportunity to purchase cheap coins though.

For now I think BTC price fall stopped with 900$+ as the bottom. The question that comes in my mind is that is this a new floor? Or is it just a point where bitcoin stabilizes before going up or down again? Well we wouldn't know exactly only the future can tell. For now let's hope that price begins to go up and not to begin to go down so that those who bought at low 900$ will profit.

No one can tell when it is going to stop probably when this thing about BU is going to be done the falling is going to stop. And if those people are going to start realizing that they are doing it wrong for migrating into it. And it is not going to come back at $1 it's ridiculous.

i do not think that bitcoin need more time to recover its price because bitcoin increasing its price too much faster you can see that bitcoin price rise from 994 to 1011$ in one day and i hope bitcoin will be sooner rise to 1200$. 

The fall will stop when the blocksize debate has reached a conclusion. 

although it seems like the price is stabilizing again, it's still a lot lower than it was.

Well, I technically you re right. I can't guarantee anything, but I've been around, seen some patterns both of bitcoin market and altcoins.
Ethereum was forked four times, you are referring to the emergency rollback fork after the DAO which splitted the coin into ETH and ETC.
At that time ETH was worth $10 today's price is almost $50, so even 'failed' fork wasn't exactly a total disaster in the long run.

They're not migrating into the BU but the BU devs are so greedy to make a domination to the bitcoin itself. With doing a fork and they can take a lot of advantage from that proposal. But it looks like the BU proposal will just be a dream in the future. And the bitcoin comeback to the right way now.

Even though bitcoin price will rapidly decrease or it became crisis bitcoin user will never stop using it instead for sure the reality they will use that as advantage and stock or hold coins for a long time while price is very low because with in one year bitcoin will be back into normal pricing.

The price of bitcoin will drop till 936 dollars per bitcoins .not less than this .the price of bitcoins have steadily increasing and i hope it will in a month again will reach 1300$ and maybe more.

There is a strong support at $800, so except next week prices of 750-800$ max before a new ATH.

That's why those BU devs wants to make it happen but we can see that many are staying to the core bitcoin. I really don't see that their proposal are going to become successful. But right now the price seems to be back again and the fall seems to stop already. More over we are going to see bitcoins price to recover again back to its ATH state.

Bitcoin price fall has already stopped, it is rising now again and will get higher for this coming days. BTC is capable of surviving whatever the issues come in. Let's just wait more time to reach another ATH, nothing is impossible. I beleive that there are groups that control the price but we need to just go on the flow.

I think that nothing is impossible with bitcoin. People said in the past that the 2013 all time high was it. After the crash people labelled bitcoin as a pump and dump scam, just like penny stocks, for speculators to earn money from.

And look how much we have progressed from 2013 to right now, where the bitcoin price is stable at a $900-$1100 range, and fluctuations have already slowed down dramatically in the past few years.

If we can regenerate optimism in the community, then bitcoin will certainly stop falling and start rallying again.

Going with 777 or 666 its Bitcoin tradition we won't see a 420 to low a price however we are just as likely to see it go up again to 1200-1400 but more less someone is putting noise in there and alts to keep things interesting, but some of that volume are people diversifying just in case the % of Bitcoin market cap shows the relative changes.

If the hard fork occurs though it gets complex the analysis would be calculated during the fork period but I presume a similar ethereum like case
Value will split initially relative to hash and then it will slowly tilt towards one side or another but be very sensitive to the changes.

your definitely right mate. no matter what happens, bitcoin has this strong capability in enduring a lot of issues that was and will be made just to let it down. although there are so many whales out there who manipulates the price, what we can do is ride with the wave. if they will dump it, then ride. we dont have to worry about these dumps. because once they will pull the price up, it will surely be in our advantage too.

Glad to see prices recovering well.I hope they continue to rise.Bitcoin has taught me once again that patience is virtue.

People have faith on bitcoin surely earns and also people who's wiser to ride on his state are rather can earn more and thats why we should stick and supports the bitcoins whenever it goes since i believe if theirs downfall yet theirs another pump will gonna happen so this down thrend is just temporay to be happen and soon price will stabilized for  moment.

I think $1040 to be the stable range for the bitcoin itself and I don't expect the price will go down again in the future, Need a long time for bitcoin to reach new ATH.

There is nothing special about the $1040 level. It's the $1000 level that is more or less a stable point as the price gets bought up to over $1000 each time the price gets dumped down.

That's just wishful thinking. Bitcoin has proven to do exactly that what people don't expect (especially short term wise). If we look at how the current situation is developing, then I wouldn't be surprised to see a fall back to around $900-$950 in the coming weeks. Market is moving within a certain range, so if you are able to use the repetitive market movements in your advantage, you'll make some easy bucks.

Its hard to predict the when the price fall will stop. Actually it has recovered already and the price is above $1000 as I write this. Its a good sign for us though, because the price rise means that people are buying bitcoin but its hard to predict when is the next price dip. Talking about volatility. Well if you want the price not to fall then we all get and buy bitcoin and hold it for a while I guess.
