First i'm willing to invest in 10-12 different altcoins, a maximum of $100 in each.

I'm looking for good projects / roadmaps so I can multiply my investment in some months x100 or more.

No matter if the risk is high. Would be happy if I have only 1 winner.

Which coin will you choose and why?

nexus, decred, spreadcoin, lbry, zcash, ethereum, i like those 5 now, i would invest in these, they all look promising, and some of them are already very stable and strong, the other have enormous potential

anything will be similar. flip a coin, you may gain 100% or lose all ;D

Here are the ones I put $1000 on:

Eth, dash, gnt, dcred, nxs winners on all but gnt (-20%). I was looking for some place safe for BTC. Nxs and dcred have the most up side IMO

I would advise you to conduct an analysis yourself.
You rely on long-term investments?

because recently alt coins price increasing are very outstanding, so I also invest in some alt coin, I invest in Monero, ETH and ETC, the one that got big opportunity to go up is Monero, Dash also go chances but the price is already very high, so the risk is quite big

I wouldn't do an even 1/10 split, but would try to evaluate the amount to put into in regards to the estimated risk/reward. But I know that I suck at trading, so I play it safe.

Which coin to pick exactly, well – don't trust what you read here. To be honest, the ones I'd like to buy I won't tell you, because I want the price to go lower and the ones I would tell you, I already hold, sooooo… I would have my own agenda. As does everybody else telling you to buy coin X or Y.

If you want to go 100x, I guess you'd have to go with below 1,000,000 $ marketcap coins. For others, the air may be getting too thin.

Most of the altcoins such as ETH, ETC, XMR, dash, Zcash has risen in value recently and it would not be a good idea to buy them now. Wait for a correction or invest some portion of the fund and add more when they fall.

You can also add SNGLS, EDG, ICN, VSL and DCT. All them have good team and road map and have just begun.

EDG ico has just got over in 2 days. It will be listed in liqui.io by next week or so. Another ICO that will start soon is TaaS and it seems good to invest into.

Why not try to invest half or quarter or it with bitcoin since the price is dropping. And for the remaining ones, go buy dash and xmr for it. Probably invest 20-30 dollars on it plus ETH.

I currently have Decred and Monero, so another vote for both of those.

I am only answering your specific question, I'm not suggesting its a good coin to buy in any way....

Are you in a hurry? Then invest it to ETH, XMR, DASH, ZEC, ETC.. Their price might increase a little bit more. Are you willing to wait? Then buy QTUM and Chronobank's TIME crypto.

If i have that money of $1000 then i would go for XMR,DASH,ETH and VSL and the rest would go to bitcoin.Just like that since the coin that i have been mentioned are those coins which do really have the potential even though we dont know the future but seeing on the price movement or potential this would bring fortune.  :-*

Stick to stable and coins that stay on market for long time like ETH or XMR. Alternatively, you can try out your luck with new coin's ICO with escrow on it.

Most Future investments in ETH and BTC - little Future investments maybe in Ripple, NXT,..

As you can see that almost all good altcoins price have gone more then 100% up so it is very risky to touch now, but still their are some altcoin which are to boom that are, ICN, TIME, ICOB, DCT. This are some coins which are good for long term and the return is going to be very good

I can see ETH potential as it already being use by Microsoft etc it means that they trust on ETH
Remember that trading bitcoin/altcoin far more riskier than forex since nobody can predict the exact value of bitcoin/altcoin since their value still volatile over time

These kinds of people are the ones artificially pumping alt coin prices and they don't even know that they are helping to fill the whales pockets.
Don't be stupid you'll cry later when all of them crash to sub $10 like a month ago.

Investing in several is a good idea, but 10-12 may be spreading yourself too thin as 5 would be plenty.  Two I would invest in would be Monero and Ethereum.

Ive read not about 20 min for Qtum. And some say it could be a scam.. what do you say about this?

I invested in shift, stratis, nxs and bsd. Those coins are not too big yet and have a great potential.

Currently I will suggest you to invest in the bitcoin that will make double of your bitcoin investment .
But if you want really take risk than I will suggest to to invest your money in the different different altcoins so that the chances of increase the price rapidly in alteast one of them remain more .
So choose about 10-20 altcoins in the better exchange where the price for that altcoin is very less according to the past price of the month .
This will help you lot , my current suggestion is to buy 808 coin .

stratis is moving good as of now, really good to join the ride together with dcr if you can place good entry price, for sure you will gain good profits

Don't listen to any of those advisers!!! All of these coins they were already had pump! And invest in them now - it's shot itself in the foot. In a month they will all fall through the floor and your Deposit will fly to hell. Look for new coins and wait for signal to buy. Subscribe on the trading channels on the Internet.

As you are talking about 10 coins, the easiest thing to do would be to see the rank on coinmarketcap and invest in the first to there. However, I think that you better do it with some corrections.
Very good coins to invest in are Ethereum and Byteball. They really are innovative and look like strong alternatives to bitcoin. And the coins are now very new, so we can see they managed to survive and become popular already. So, there are 8 coins more to choose. Ripple looks like a great investment but perhaps for a short time. Litecoin was said to be nearly dead years ago but it is still on the stage, so I would consider it as a long-term investment. And I would also invest in Waves, Melon, ZCoin, Radium and Unobtanium. The tenth should be bitcoin, of course, although you want to invest in alts.

Now almost every alt coin is over pumped against BTC i would buy BTC and wait 2 years and then after bear market will clean house i would invest again. If you are noob and you want point alts as good investment now i think it can be broken.
I would go in BTC becouse alts has rissen in blocksize drama to much and it will be corrected.
I advice go BTC  after 2 years pick cheap alts.
