I deposited some BTC on C-CEX. The transaction has been confirmed by over 4 times on Blockchain, but the website still shows 0/2 confirmations. Does anyone else here know what's going on with it? Thanks! EDIT: Everything is fine. My pending transaction has been confirmed after I sent a support ticket. It was a very fast response (they replied in a matter of a few minutes). If problem is solved than you better just lock this thread for now.

So what's the point of keeping this thread alive while your problem has been solved? If you face a problem on any bitcoin sites, it is always better if you ask their support directly instead of creating a thread like this. You can create a thread if you have contacted their support but you get no repliea after some hours/days. Lock the thread ASAP. Title: Re: C-CEX transaction not confirmed? Block explorer shows 9 confirmations but still the amount is not reflected in my ccex address. I've sent a ticket to support. Glad I found this one and feel a bit of a relief after reading good reviews. Now anticipating positive response.
