What is a Bitcoin faucet? What to use for and how to program it?  ???

Just an online site that gives a few cents of Bitcoin to kick start those wanting to invest in Bitcoin without buying or mining them.

A site which gives you a small amount of bitcoin as a reward for viewing ads and solving captcha's.
It was meant originally to introduce people to bitcoin without the need of buying them.

By just simply visiting their website you are paid with some satoshi's for it. And the site will get revenue for having a lot of advertisers only if many people are visiting them.

Looks you don't know much about Bitcoins, you should look Beginners and Help section to learn more and ask your newbie doubts.

Do you already have a BTC wallet? If so you can start claiming on faucets and earning few satoshis.

As you are a newbie I don't think a good idea to program your own faucet, just do it if you have programming skills or someone to do it for you. Anyway, it's hard nowadays to find good sources of ads networkd to feed your faucet and make it sustainable.

You should start to scratch with bitcoin most of the people that knew bitcoin started with faucet. And google is always there, you can search the meaning of it there.

Is it so hard to use Google. Just search "bitcoin faucet wiki" and you will find answer. And I don't know what "how to program it" means? If you are talking about automated bot to claim from faucets, you won't find it. Even if some fraudsters have it, they never share it public.
Let me correct you - bitcoin faucet don't give few cents, it give part of cents, something like $0.001.
