There is no need to flatten Gaza. On the other hand, I have a very viable solution for that place. Israel should annex the West Bank, and deport all the Muslims living there to the Gaza Strip. Let them breed like rabbits there.

Judea must be freed in it's fullness of the shariaists invasive species. Of course the west bank will be cleared of those. But I don't think that it s possible to exploit gaza in such matter. They breed too fast. Furthermore the coast will be nice once recivilized and there are too many security risks to be let standing.

So flattening is the only option.

Another aspect is that it would raise tensions in the west with the invaders and as such following the ensuing chaos may lead to a definitive solving of the problem. The more it is waited the more problematic it will necessary be.

I think that the deportation of Muslims may lead to increased tension in the area and increase the number of terrorist attacks. If the stated wishes of both States is a two state solution, at least on paper ( I will say the settlement of the occupied territory, in clear defiance of global legal.consensus, is bad faith) then why would we want to subvert that process, through this? The third option is peaceful negotiation. It's a stretch, but an option you can never take off the table, lest we get rhetoric like yours.

And the situation is about two steps from actual  apartheid, but that's another elephant in the room.

Nuclear weapon is not something which some low-level Hamas or Hezbollah terrorist can manufacture at home. Manufacturing one needs extreme skills, and also finding highly enriched Uranium for the purpose is another headache.

I won't agree with trying to exterminate people but yes they do breed like rabbits and it can become a problem since more of them means a larger pool for terrorist recruitment. How about just making sure they don't get into your country? Just deport them back from where they came from and close your borders and place a travel ban on those countries. Citizens of descent from those nationalities should be given an ultimatum - live peacefully in adoptive country or have the entire family exiled and barred from receiving any benefits.
