Constantinople, Cyprus (i.e the northern part) and Smyrna must be placed under Greek administration. The region around Diyarbakır must be made an independent Kurdish homeland. Kars must be ceded to Russia. The region around Van should be merged with Armenia, and the extreme-southeast must be made an independent Assyrian homeland.
