I like the simple design but I'm a bit skeptic about your plans as I don't think any relevant advertising company will accept such a new web and provide you with sufficient income to cover your promises to the users (unless you have a sufficient funds to cover first few hundred payouts than it could be OK)

The correct procedure is always: First to get traffic (build a name by offering interesting service so users will return) and after establishing look for advertisers to your audience, not vice versa.

No offense, the idea is good ( about sharing ad profits among users) but this should be applied by sites which already have some traffic and plenty users.
Anyway I wish you good luck.

P.S. Why did you put this in "Investor-based games" when no investment is required?  "Service Announcements" section suits much better.

Generous indeed since it gives 120 satoshi per minute 'lets calculate 120 satsx 60 minsx 24 hrs= 172800 sats? wow this is one of the faucets which gives really decent amount compared to others. As starlight said how would you able to make profits if you are just relying on ads? It would really not be sufficient enough.

I think that is a cool site with a great possibility to earn on both sides, but I think that Level updates is mandatory.. To buy level package and after a while a mini multiplier game. With those systems admin can make a really successful project.

I would also recomand to make a responsive template and give more details to users. Everybody wants to know more about new websites.

As stated above, it's unsustainable for you to fulfill the promises without continuous income from new users = ponzi.

No advertising company will pay you sufficient amount and I doubt you are counting with loss of thousands dollars to cover this.
Traffic quality for such site is poor and without captcha verification it's very easy to write a script claiming the rewards.

Yea, It is just as any other ponzi now. Without these investments needed, it would've been a faucet. Now it is just obvious that it is a ponzi.

If i "deposit" 1 BTC, i will get 19k per minute.

That is 69.350.000 satoshi per day. which is 25.312.750.000 satoshi per year = 2500% interest rate. I doubt there is any adnetwork which will deliver you that.

to be honestly it seems SCAM website. Yo offer 120Sat/min and yo dont use any captcha service. 120sat/min realy high payout. Your min payout requipment is 100.000 satoshi it s high for a faucet system
