Well you can try debit card from https://uquid.com Unbanked and travellers can obtain a visa debit card with no identification or credit check required.  Also there are some altcoins be accepted on there as method for deposit. You can check on the website hope this service is good for you. Good luck

You can try to use xapo if possible just read their terms and condition, if you think that your area is covered you can try to apply.

Check out their website https://xapo.com/card/

Another suggestion of mine is that you can use virwox for it, you can but you need to have PayPal for converting your btc > cash.

And possibly you can withdraw that to your bank account. I hope this can help you out.

Well the best way to do it is Localbitcoins.

If you can accept cash in mail which is mainly traceless by the government is the seller puts the cash in stealth packaging, or you could try something like a bank deposit if you have a bank account, also available on localbitcoins.

If you want a card, e-coin has anonymous cards without verification.

Always thought that Xapo required ID. I haven't used them so i am not entirely sure.

I haven't used xapo but yes they are charging fees, for more info try to visit their page for it https://app.xapo.com/#debitcard
Everything you need to know is already there and if you can't visit that page, try to register and make an account first.

What is the problem with your pic and info as long as you select a reputable service? Why would you want this great economy to stay blackhat so tons of scammers and smugglers can use it and drive people away?

I had no problem selecting one of the most reputable services registered in the UK and fulfilling their AML requirements. Been using them for over a year, no problem at all.

Yes they will work in US, it's their business tag line.
Code:
Spend Bitcoin Anywhere

I guess this is the best way for you if you want to use and cash out your bitcoin's with ATM there in Hawaii.

I know there are a lot of people that are satisfied with their service and you don't have to worry about them, as they are one of the most trusted bitcoin debit card company.

Well that's nice and good to know that there are people willing to meet you up in Hawaii. Good luck to your personal trade and it's not just about trade, you can have another friend because of it. Maybe you can now lock up this thread since you have solved your problem already.

Your very much welcome and good thing that you found someone that is willing to do a meet up trade with you.

That's a good deal for both of you, wishing your trade to be successful and it's a good thing to give you some information about what you want.

And yes, maybe you can already lock this thread out so that we can avoid confusion anymore.

Maybe you can also update us here when your trade is already done successfully.
