Both CoinsBank and Wirex already provided free cards in the past but for promotions (like Christmas, updating their products and that kind of stuff) unless you want to wait for another promo they make (you will have to wait a few months probably), I suggest going with Wirex or Advcash as they are the cheapest on the market.
