For now i have 1 AWS Full Region AWS account with $300 credits. Ready to use, You can create 5 T2 in all regions. Singapore has 2 limits with higher ec2. Account is 24hours + active. I advice you not to change to password to avoid they asking for papers. To be safe with it, don't open more than 1 aws account per IP. Feel free to add send me a PM for more information.
