I am new on here so hi everyone. I have an account with Cloudbet and i placed a bet yesterday about 15 hours back and it won but the problem is the bet is still showing pending since the last 15 hrs or so. Cloudbet is saying its technical problem but despite waiting for so long no resolution.

I like the website and limits but the customer service is so slow and delayed.

Anyone else facing the same trouble?

I have stopped playing there long time ago after seeing lots of scam accusation and technical issues there. If they don't settle your issue within 1-2 days you can post proper scam accusation thread here in this board https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0

They are going downhill as a bitcoin casino site for anyone to use.
They were the biggest but now with all the allegations of doing an exit scam because they are falling down.
It is only a matter of time because of the rise in btc price now they will just not pay the winning settlement and just run away with the bitcoin with it being higher in value now.

you are not alone mate and it seems these technical problems started when they moved to an upgraded system and they have not recovered ever since.......

i wish they knew how frustrating it is to bet on a sportsbook that delays to grade games and support stuff  are never helpful  :'(

Add to this a lot of scam accusations to this betting house. Many of them are only solved after being posted in the forum here in the scam accusation sub forum. I would not play at a betting house that do not process instant withdrawals.

To the guy who started this thread. Be patient. Sometimes sportsbetting websites take 3 days or more before settling your bets. I have noticed this happen on betting on futures or parlays. Before labeling something as a scam Im sure it would be better to always contact their customer support first and wait for a reply, give them 3 days and if they havent answered back only use the scam accusations forum as a last resort.
