I only know that the EU will bring out a dictator very soon. And if it does it will have the forces to crush even Russia.

I searched and found nothing of course. You apparently didn't even try. Just heard something that reinforced your preconceived opinions or the propaganda you are trying to push and ran with it. By the way, i'm not saying this because i think forming an eu army is a good idea. At this time at least. Or that i believe there are no problems in the eu and no lack of democratic oversight. Those problems are true to some extent. But focusing on made up stuff like you are doesn't help. It's a distraction from the real problems.
