I am just curious  to know how much individuals are earning with the help of these crypto currencies in india. To be honest,  I have had no luck so far.   

Given the current situation of uncertainty over bitcoin future in India, I doubt anyone will come in public to disclose their bitcoin earnings :D

earning daily depends on the way you trade.. i currently mine on CPU and trade altcoins on yobit and cryptopia. My daily income is quite low. almost 10-15rs a day. But i dont deal for bitcoin currently.. i hope a bitcoin trader has 100rs+ income a day.
you can start earning by trading on multiple sites like yobit, cryptopia, polonix, etc. Just be ready to invest for income.
the more you invest the more you get profit.

I am currently mining for Monero[XMR] on my CPU as well as GPU as I don't have to pay for electricity at the place where I live and that's why mining is profitable for me. But still income is lower on per day basis!

Mining is not feasible in India  due to high electricity cost and the equipment cost involved in purchasing it .
On other hand Btc is on dilemma currently in India as it under process of policy formulation And will depend what is the result of it .

if you want to earn money through cryptocurrency,you can earn bitcoins through signature campaign,you can either way earn money through xbtfreelancer if you have a set of skills ,where the payment will be in bitcoins.

If alt-currency trade is considered then it is like penny stocks. Alt-currencies are more volatile and susceptible to manipulation  by very few owners/creators of that coin. Buying them in large quantity is easy as prices are low, at the same time there is danger of price steep price drop for considerable amount of time. You could take help of exchanges as well where instead of trading you simply exchange them for bitcoin or dollars or other alt-coin.

There are allot of people who are earning through Bitcoin or want to earn through cryptocurrencies but the problem is lack of good platforms. Exchange's buying and selling rates are sky high and people are afraid from random government officials talking negative about bitcoins.
There are some good traders here in this forum from India who are very trustworthy, I think gambling is not that popular in India through cryptocurrencies.

Right now I'm earning with faucets I've got tons of referrals but still the profit isn't that satisfying.

I bet exchanges will bet the top of this list :D

it is waste of time even you have tons of referrals in faucet ,try to get tons of referrals in gambling sites.you can start earning through signature then you can do trading ,investment or gambling to increase your btc.

There nothing with the word INDIA with cryptocurrency Because India has no practical or particular altcoin , so here no matter that from which country do you belong .
Here j myself made only loss in the trading with the most popular altcoin in India that is TCC that is totally scam .
When tcc ( with name champcoin) was in c cex exchage then I bought tcc of amount 30$ but at next day the tcc got delisted Because of the attack in the network of tcc ( fake and scam news by the dev) .
Overall I get lost of 30$ in India for particular altcoin .
Well Currently I am making earning with posw coin  , turned my Investment into 400% :)

It is expected. User doesn't earn through faucets, but faucets earns through user. ;)   They earn through the ads and captcha solving. user who believe in earning though the faucet are actually working for faucetrunner for peanuts.

Not just here in India but many all over the world are earning by simply trading of bitcoin and other alt coins as well.

You can try to get some free bitcoins from faucets and as well as giveaways here in forum.

I earn bitcoins online by offering graphics services and meanwhile earning from the signature campaigns too.
I haven't yet converted or bought any of my bitcoins to indian currency, and prefer to hold on for a while.

Offering service is one way to earn crypto currencies but there is a huge alt coin mining market in India ,Padaminer which is an alt coin miner has an official seller from India and when i had a conversation with him he said that he is getting bulk orders for the hardware and i never knew that it was a very big thing in India until i spoke with him.If you are willing to spend money for mining hardware it is a good way to earn money because of the price rally we have in alt coin market.

Well this was the best decision I think of holding the coins in current scenario. You would have got a very good profit considering the increase in price of bitocin in last couple of weeks which has taken place.

But you may have to sell soon once the rules in place is being formulated.

Best way to earn bitcoin is through selling a product or a service. I run a website which works as a digital marketing platform for bitcoin sites. I charge my clients with bitcoin for my service. I do signature campaign forp side earning. And be it India or any other country, you can try trading. But that needs lots of practice and is risky. So choose wisely.
