I need to know wich one is more noiser and gets the highest temperature le el. Power costs are no problem in my country. The main difference between the two is the T9 trades efficiency for reliability - that is the T9 has less hash for the power but they are way less likely to have a failure of some sort. Check the S9 and T9 threads for more and more and more on the subject!
