Most Devcoins exchange hands through auctions like this or just direct sales than through Vircurex. Past that, each 5 satoshis per coin there is another million waiting to be bought. So yeah if you want to place offers-to-buy and wait and wait and wait while people keep placing better offers above yours one day if someone blindly dumps a lot of DeVCoins you might get lucky but current sell offers seem to indicate people with whole millions to offer want at least 250 satoshis per coin for them.
