Title: WTB: ASIC or FPGA miners in hand or with imminent arrival
Post by: elchorizo on April 24, 2013, 01:13:06 AM
I'm looking to purchase any ASIC or FPGA at a good price that is either in hand or will be arriving shortly. I can pay in BTC or USD via any number of methods and would prefer to use a reputable Escrow person on the site if you don't have a good history here.

Please PM me if you have anything of interest.

I saw your thread but 350-400kh/s is pretty slow, I will certainly consider them.

Unless we overclock the FPGA, we cannot get more out of these IC.

Ztex is overclocking them using a separate IC. We're looking into doing this on the FPGA and will provide a firmware update as soon as it is ready.

Meanwhile we're half of ztek the price per megahash so it is a good deal:

ztek @ 4 IC = 1300USD
lancelot @ 2 IC = 350USD

Just as an update, Black Arrow talked me into ordering 10 units ;)

Still open to other pieces of equipment though!

@blackarrow: Are the Lancelot units actually in stock or are they going to be shipped out in August (per the description)?

I have a ModMiner Quad, in hand, perfectly working, tested.  Asking $1450, will accept PayPal, bitcoin, or cash if you're near Seattle.  PM if interested, shipping in 24h of receipt (assuming not Sunday).

That's May, not August.

Who came up with the idea to say:  medium / small / big  ( month/day/year). Should be ascending or descending, not random :-)

Are you arguing it's overpriced?  The market disagrees.  http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_sacat=0&_nkw=bitcoin+fpga&LH_Complete=1&rt=nc

eBay disagrees. $1300 plus shipping might be doable.

Unfortunately it is too expensive for me. I would offer you $800 shipped, no more. Best of luck on the eBay sale or to someone else. Thank you for your time.
