I lost my wallet Identifier because I was a newbie and didn't save wallet ID and verify account because I couldn't find verification email and then I deposit $50 BTC. I sent a request to customer service to get email verify but the did reply, then I sent include an email address and IP created wallet but they didn't reply too.
Now I remember email, password, and date created is Jan, 2. Can I get the wallet back? As long as I know this unique identifier is sent to your email once after you registered. And if you remember those login details including your wallet identifier because it is used to login then why dont you give a try so you can see it by yourself.

Put your email address with which you have created that wallet, they will send you identifier, use it and login using your password if you remember that password correctly. Don't forget to check spam folder and only use gmail when creating wallets in blockchain. you will be able to get access to your wallet with no problems. Using recovery wallet, I didn't receive any email. If it continue to happen then I suggest to change your wallet already, use desktop wallet like electrum or mobile wallet like mycelium. Using recovery wallet, I didn't receive any email. 1.You don't receive recovery emails for your private key or storing the private key.2.You will be notified while creating an account or during signing out to create a back up of your private key. 3.Which wallet are you taking about anyway ?Check your spam \trash folders too. |
