The last posting from your IP was less than 59 seconds ago. Please try again later. which is obviously not true as I have not posted for days... is this a bug? Is this going to get fixed? We had to put this limit in place because it was slowing down the site considerably. Until we can come up with a better solution, you can do a Google search and add site:bitcointalk.org to your search query.
