Title: Veritaseum's P2P Capital Markets ICO Scheduled for 4/25/17 at Open of NY Markets
Post by: Reggie Middleton on April 08, 2017, 07:56:03 PM
We are sponsoring our 1st round ICO on April 25th at 9:30 AM, EST. We feel we have a very, very unique offering that is aggressively taking on the most pervasive industry in society, harnessing the power of P2P platforms and smart contracts. We will be utilizing both the Bitcoin and Ethereum blockchains.

An executive summary can be found here https://blog.veritaseum.com/current-analysis/1-blog/219-in-anticipation-of-veritaseum-s-ico-an-executive-summary-of-the-veritaseum-platform

It would help if you provided more information here in this forum. From what I understand, this is an ERC20 token right? How is it connected to the P2P capital markets?

Also, is there no escrow for the ICO? Why not?

Thanks

I'm just finding these questions. The thread has been moved to https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1887061.0.

Yes, it is an ERC20 token. We are porting our existing P2P (from a capital perspective) market from the Bitcoin blockchain. In short, it allows 2 or more entities to swap exposures to assets without an intemediary, and has been running live on the bitcoin blockchain in various stages since 2013

Veritas 2 and 3 tokens were never floated, so there are none to redeem. Veritas.1 tokens will be exchanged for the ERC20 tokens after the offering closes, at a preferential rate to the .1 token holders.
