I foolishly signed up and tried it - the bot crashed, my poloniex account somehow got trashed (bunch or weird trades I didn't make, and no way to know if the robot did since it's dead). I saw a thread where the developer offered users to initiate a refund - so I disabled API, and requested a refund. The developer has gone dark now. Won't return email, the bot site itself it gone.... and he's locked to [ANN] thread so people can't talk in there. Anyone else here fall victim to this guy? Anyone actually get a refund?
