Title: Where Do I Find Altcoin Coders?
Post by: emperorofthesea on April 09, 2017, 03:52:10 PM
I have an altcoin in mind that differs significantly from the existing alternatives.  Unfortunately, I do not have the skills required to implement the design changes from the available open source libraries.  Does anyone have advice on where to find someone(s) available for hire that might have the right talents?

You can put job offers on this website in the marketplace subforum, you are going to need to offer a good payday if you want to get good coders for your idea, most good coders are working on their own projects I assume.

Definitely github is a place to find coders work, but to be able to talk to them, OP must know their email or account name in the forum.  As suggested by the previous post, you can visit their thread at service section or search the internet of services about altcoins.  You can either buy their service or convince them to have a joint venture with your project.  Another option is to create a topic in the service discussion that you are looking for an altcoin coder.

Thanks.  I agree that finding someone good will be difficult, but I am offering a steady income during development and bonuses when certain stages are reached.

I recommend this freelance site: https://www.xbtfreelancer.com/
You can either post a project or search for a freelancer, I recommened it because it deals only in bitcoin, that means most of freelancers are altcoin and bitcoin fans.
