I am wondering if anyone would like to share their experiences using the NiceHash mining pool. 

I have only been using the service for about a week, but I am wondering if there are others out there who have been using the service for a longer time that would like to post a non-biased review.

I am fairly new to mining, but based on my initial experience, it seems NiceHash does have higher returns. 

I was initially mining Monero with estimated profits of about $80/month (April 2017).  But switching to NiceHash, my esitmated profits jumped all the way to ~$250+/month . . .  I've only been using the service for 4-5 days and have already had a payout of 0.065 BTC. 

I have to admit, I'm wondering about the "bench-marking" that their proprietary mining software does.  How important is it really to know the speed of your mining equipment before just diving in and starting to mine?  I know the idea is that the program can more effectively pick which algorithm to mine with, and make sure the various software is working with your hardware . . .  however, with a 6 GPU rig, even if all the GPUs are the exact same model, it has to run for ~2 minutes, for every algorithm, for every GPU. . .  call me conspiratorial, but I can't imagine that they are not just doing REAL mining, and keeping that profit for themselves.  It can add up to an hour of mining for every rig - could NiceHash be keeping %100 of the profits from this "test-mining?" every time a new user signs up . . .  ???

Of 'course I have no way to know if this is actually what they're doing! 

So while my "sheist" meter is on alert . . .  it still looks like I'm going to be making a lot more profit with this company than any other I've found! 

That's why I'm curious to hear some experiences from any long-term users of NiceHash out there~  ;)

It's been working for me for a long time. I've been running several SP20Es and a RX 460 on their pool for months now and the pay is consistent and plentiful. Plus you get top dollar for your hash rate because of the way their marketing system works. Buying is the same, great as always. They're reliable and they haven't yet scammed me out of anything.

More complex then you think.  But xmr hit a higher rental hot streak and you scored.

People overpay rentals.  not always  but lately this is true.

So you are being overpaid due to crazy renters.

Enjoy it while  it lasts.

I have finally got my payout now. Probably some pencilpusher in there have found a new button.

I have started recently as well. I'm not much technical guy in the field but I have somehow started the software successfully. In the benchmark process (which has six steps) only Equihash was able to pass the test. The speed of hash is around 75MH/s for my three GPU. But I don't see how is that a profit as I have to keep the rig on 24x7 on. I'm waiting for my electricity bill this month end and hope to see some good results after cutting it from the earnings. Lols.

I have nothing much to share about this topic as I just started too. I will be watching this topic for my own updates and interest in nicehash.

I have started with them since late last December and I am very happy with their stability. The payouts never miss and everything runs smoothly. Regarding their benchmark algorithms in many rigs of mine (usually the RX 480/580 rigs) takes a longer time to benchmark compared to Nvidia GPU-s but that's my finding. It is a perfect software and you don't need to convert your earnings to bitcoin as they pay in bitcoin. For those who want to keep altcoins it's not the ideal solution though.

Nicehash is good for miners.
But bad for Buyers.

I just tried it today. I was only able to mine 25% of the expected coins from the hashrate I bought. :/

I see the comments are good for using nicehash website to sell their mining power. But what about buying hashrate there  to mine?

 they dont even considering refunding the stolen funds, but instead coming on a livestream laugh at us , and brag on a reddit interview , about how they are a multibillion company .  ???

Anyone who still loves them and wants to be with this nicehash scum is also in on the scam ! I bet these  people are getting paid for it too !   :( >:(
